The best organizations—and leaders—use stories as a way to communicate and transfer the values and vision of the organization. They leverage the power of storytelling to acquire new customers, attract investors, or engage employees. As an entrepreneur or business leader, your story is your power.

Business and brand expert Kristen Heimerl discusses the power of storytelling and, in particular, how personal stories accomplish more influence and achieve greater impact than information alone.

Participants will briefly explore storytelling best practices. Then Kristen will guide participants in an interactive workshop to reveal their leadership narrative—with a focus on maximizing opportunities to connect with and inspire others. Finally, a few moments will be spent looking at how personal stories can be used to shape an organization’s narrative and value to make an unmistakable impact in the marketplace.

Key Benefits:

1. Identify your top stories: Discover the narratives that define you as a leader.

2. Hone your storytelling skills: Utilizing a proven model, explore ways of telling your story for greatest impact.

3. Construct your roadmap: Identify your audiences, their needs, and your solution. Align your leadership narrative with your organization’s big idea.
